In this 3 hour workshop learn merchandising strategies and techniques necessary to operate a successful fashion apparel company. Develop planning, editing, and pricing strategies for your brand or store assortment.

Recognize firsthand how to identify opportunities and develop merchandising strategies to achieve financial goals while building brand equity. Participants will gain an appreciation of the core nature of merchandising in fashion and its dynamic character.

This workshop is a recommended foundation for the retail math workshop.

Bridget is an accomplished product driven retail executive with strong management & merchandising skills. She is currently an instructor at Parsons School of Design as part of the Fashion Marketing faculty. She has extensive experience in the fashion retail industry spending over 15 years at Bloomingdale's and Macy's managing merchandise strategies, product development, store management, marketing strategy analytics and customer insights. Her strong instincts and keen awareness of consumer trends has given her a proven track record of delivering sales growth and acheiving profit performance.
